Employees of the Russian Public Opinion Research Center have interviewed about 1,000 Russians over 18 and found that when choosing a job, most of them are guided by the volume of salary and the timely fulfillment of their commitments by the company.

The first place when choosing a company-employer in 2020 belongs to the full and timely fulfillment of a company’s commitments to an employee. In comparison with last year, the significance of this criterion has increased from 4.66 to 4.76 points. The second place belongs to good wages (4.62 points), the third - compliance with safety standards when organizing the work process (4.56 points), reads the report.

Also, when applying for a job, applicants pay attention to the opportunity to use their professional knowledge and a favorable psychological climate in the team.

More than one-third of the respondents (34 percent) would like to work for Russia’s Gazprom, 19 percent for Russian Railways, 17 percent for Rosneft.

Annual inflation in Russia is at the level of 3.9 percent, by the end of the year, it will be around 4 percent, as the Russian Central Bank expected, Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier said, reported.
