So, salads seasoned with mayonnaise or other sauces are always stored for a short time since sauces accelerate the multiplication of microbes. Such salads can only be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of -2 ...- 6 degrees, TASS reports.
Vegetable and fruit salads (from thermally unprocessed or cooked products) are stored for 18 hours, almost a day. This also refers to salads with the addition of meat, poultry, smoked meats. But if the salad is already seasoned, it must be disposed of after 12 hours.
Dishes with canned vegetables and boiled eggs can be consumed within six hours of cooking. Seafood salads must be seasoned with sauces immediately before serving. Without dressing, they can be stored for 12 hours.
One-third of Russians aren’t going to buy gifts for the New Year, almost a quarter of them are planning to limit themselves to small souvenirs, according to the survey results, NEWS.ru reported earlier.
