One person was hospitalized after a shooting in the center of Moscow, Russian emergency services reported on Friday.

The driver of the Cadillac car opened fire on the opponent using a handgun.

According to the local media, the Cadillac Escalade car belongs to Dmitry Makhalov. There is no information though, who was driving the car at the moment of the shooting. The victim is 34-year-old Almanbet Abdrakhmanov. The man was hospitalized in the Botkin hospital.

The Moscow police announced an Amber alert in Russia's capital after the incident before the shooter was arrested.

He said that the fight started over the road incident before the driver fired several shots at the opponent. 43-year-old Makhalov stopped on the road, and a taxi driver in front of him started to drive back "pressing" the Cadillac owner. That made him get out of the car to clear the situation but there was no way to peacefully resolve it, he explained.  A conflict ensued turning into a fight, and the motorist pulled out a gun.0
