The Queen attended the christening of two of her great-grandsons August Brooksbank and Lucas Tindall.

She wore a hat of a green lime color and was delivered to the event in a black Range Rover car.

The event was also attended by other members of the royal family including Prince Andrew as well as Prince William and Kate Middletone.

Princess Eugenie's father-in-law has died aged 72 died just days before the christening of her son August.

This is one of the 95-year-old Queen’s recent rare wishes as she is mostly resting under the supervision of doctors.

Due to her health she missed the COP26 summit and did not appear at Remembrance day on Sunday despite being expected to be there.

Earlier, the Queen of the UK Elizabeth reportedly marked the first anniversary of her wedding alone following the death of her husband Prince Philip this year.
