Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival which had over 50,000 people had an accident in which at least 10 people died and over 300 received injuries.

At one point of the concert the crowd started pushing towards the front stage and as panic grew the situation got even worse.

This has happened several times and everytime the singer was forced to stop the concert after seeing the people suffering.

"Our hearts are broken. People go to these events looking for a good time, a chance to unwind, to make memories - it's not the kind of event you go to where you expect to find out about fatalities," county judge Lina Hidalgo said in a statement.

When the exact scale of the seriousness of the situation became known the concert was stopped completely and the second part of the festival was cancelled.

"Nobody could dream of this. But we're here, and I think it's very important that none of us speculate. Nobody has all the answers tonight," Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finner said in a statement.

Astroworld is an annual festival organized by Travis Scott who has a music album of the same name.

Scott is an American rapper who shares a child with model Kylie Jenner.
