The White House confirmed the guesses and long-time discussions on the subject of whether US President Joe Biden would take part in the next presidential race.

Press Secretary of the White House Jen Psaki was asked whether Joe Biden, 79, would run again in 2024 and whether the President talked to his colleagues about the intention, she replied “Yes, that’s his intention.”

The question likely followed after the Washington Post revealed that the members of Biden’s surroundings were telling allies about the President's plans to participate in the 2024 run.

Recently a Quinnipiac University national poll unveiled the percentage of Biden’s job approval rating showing it has plummeted down to 36%.

The concerns regarding Biden’s next presidency keep growing amid his fading popularity and especially when one can realise the President would be 82 at the beginning of his next term.
