The family of Brian Laundire decided to cremate his remains, the family’s attorney confirmed. Brian's parents refused to bury his son and went for cremation.

They also do not want to hold a funeral ceremony to attract any attention to his son's death. Brian’s parents were even forced to put up No Trespassing signs in front of the house to halt nonstop protesters and media outlets outside their property.

Many people still consider that Brian was responsible for Gabby Petito's death.

The incident was a subject of a media sensation all over the US and the world with people guessing over what could have happened to a lovely couple.

On October 22 FBI confirmed that the body remains that were found 30 minutes away from the entrance to Carlton Reserve in Florida belong to Gabby Petito’s boyfriend Brian Laundrie.

Earlier, the Petito family blamed Brian for the murder of their daughter and claimed that he was not missing but rather hiding.

The couple embarked on a trip across the US, however on September 19 of September Petito’s dead body was found, raising the alert that Laundrie could have killed her and disappeared.

The Wyoming coroner familiar with the data from the autopsy confirmed that Petito’s death came from strangulation by “human force".

Whether Laundrie killed Petito or they are both victims of someone else’s crime is still unknown.
