Crew member of notorious ‘Rust’ hospitalized after spider bite

Another crew member of the “Rust: movie Jason MIller was hospitalized after he was bitten by a brown recluse spider - a venomous spider that is native to North America.

American actor Alec Baldwin killed one and wounded another with a prop gun during the set of the western movie “Rust” in New Mexico. Baldwin shot 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured film director Joel Souza. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the last casualty from the “Rust” shooting.

Miller worked as a lamp operator and pipe rigger at the “Rust: scene in New Mexico” while he was bitten.

Sky News reported that within several days after the bite, he got the vivid symptoms of dangerous toxicity, including tissue necrosis and sepsis. The doctors said he might be facing amputation of the arm.

The fundraising page says: "He has been hospitalized and endured multiple surgeries each day as doctors do their best to stop the infection and try to save his arm from amputation.”

Actor and producer Alec Baldwin claimed that assistant director Dave Halls was unaware that the gun was loaded and shouted “cold gun!” moments before the shooting which took the life of crew member Halyna Hutchins, according to Santa Fe’s court records.

The actor Alec Baldwin who has shot his colleague has recently defended the conditions of the work on the movie.
