The former President of the United States Donald Trump has scored two major lawsuit wins and another case involving was dropped after Summer Zervos backed off from his claims.

Zevros began her legal battle against Trump in 2017 after he denied allegations which said that he assaulted her.

"Today the parties have ended Zervos v. Trump. After five years, Ms. Zervos no longer wishes to litigate against the defendant and has secured the right to speak freely about her experience. Ms. Zervos stands by the allegations in her complaint and has accepted no compensation," Zevros’s attorney wrote.

In another case Michael Cohen’s 2019 lawsuit against the former President’s company was dismissed by New York Judge Joel Cohen.

"Mr. Cohen's legal fees arise out of his (sometimes unlawful) service to Mr. Trump personally, to Mr. Trump's campaign, and to the Trump Foundation, but not out of his service to the business of the Trump Organization, which is the only defendant in this case," Judge Cohen said in a statement.

Despite the wins Trump is still undergoing several criminal investigations connected to the events that took place on the 6th of January on Capitol Hill.

Earlier, it was reported that Donald Trump tossed an autographed baseball and accidentally hit a kid in the head at the World Series baseball match where the Atlanta Braves beat Houston Astros 3-2 on Sunday
