The daughter of the American business magnate Bill Gates, Jennifer, demanded those who were invited to her $2 million wedding to be vaccinated with at least two shots and pass a negative COVID test.

The 25-year-old Jennifer married the 30-year-old Nayer Nasser who is a professional horseback rider.

The wedding was organized at a luxurious $16 million property in North Salem with many residents passing near to take selfies.

The couple has already had a Muslim-style wedding as Nasser is a Muslim with Egyptian roots.

"Jenn and Nayel, it’s impossible to put into words how happy it makes me to see you filled with joy on your wedding day. I’m so proud of you both for everything you’ve accomplished in your lives so far and everything you will do with your future together," Bill Gates said in a caption over a picture from the wedding.

The music group Coldplay performed at the wedding as a special stage had been under construction for several days.

Jeniffer explained her decision of requiring guests to vaccinate by naming the number of guests which includes over 300 members of family and friends.

“We also made masks available. We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to gather with our loved ones safely. We know others aren’t as lucky, especially as the pandemic continues to devastate communities in the United States and around the world,” she said.

Jeniffer’s parents have recently divorced making this year hard for her, however, she thanked her loved ones for the emotional support.

“It’s been a challenging year, both collectively with the pandemic and for our families going through transitions. But our love for one another has been a constant. Being able to celebrate our wedding with our closest friends and family was a dream come true,” she said.
