The settlement agrement that reportedly allowed Prince Andrew to avoid being charged for having sex with a minor, according to Andrew’s lawyer will remain a secret, a New York judge ruled.

The girl whose name is Virginia Guiffre claims that the Prince had abused her sexually in 2001 however Harry himself denies any involvement whatsoever and claims he had never engaged in an intercourse with her.

The settlement agreement which was ruled to remain a secret was reportedly signed between Guiffre herself and the American financier Jeffrey Epstein who was found dead in his cell.

Many argued that his death was not a suicide but a planned operation to eliminate him as he knew too much delicate information.

A hearing for the continuing lawsuit is scheduled to take place next week.

Prince Andrew is allegedly connected to Epstein who prosecutors claim had a whole island where premium visitors were able to have sex with minor girls.

Guiffre is one of the girls who decided to speak out and seek justice, however until now no real progress has been made in the case, as Andrew continues to claim innocence.
